I'm doing up a plan, for my physical conditioning.
Seriously, i need one.
NAPFA standard 2.4km run for Males aged 18 requires us to at least run the distance within 13 minutes and 20 seconds to pass.
Take that time, multiply it by 4.17 (10km divided by 2.4) and you have about 56 minutes. To run 10km. and this is just to PASS.
My average walking speed is 5.5km/h, which means i'll take almost 2 hours if i walked the whole distance. My target, however, is to complete 10km within 40 minutes, which means i have to complete 1 km every 4 minutes. It's gonna be a killer.
and i only have 2 months.
